Ms Shell-E
Hi

My phones gone mad and i need to know whats happened and how to fix it! Please help!

Last night i got a pictures message from a friend, ive got messages from this person many times and saved previous ones in my gallery on the memory card...anyway i saved the picture and deleted it out my inbox.
I decided to go to my gallery and look at the pictures but when i got there it said 'no files' and it also said 'no files' on the gallery phone memory. I go to the options and there is no options for new folder or anything like that just help and exit - the help is no help.
On my memory card i had about 300 images, as you can imagion im gutted to have lost all these pictures.
I have turned the phone on and off, taken out the sim card, memory card, left it off for ages and tried putting it back in and it still says the same thing.
When i exit the gallery i get a message with a red ! saying App. closed MediaGallery
When i go into settings and file manager and look on the memory card my folders are there with pictures in but i cant move them to the gallery and the main folder says no data.
Also i have tried taking pictures using the camera since and it takes them but does not save them in the phone or memory card gallery?

Please please let me know if you know whats going on!

Ive got one of these and its well tempremental at times. Whenever you get the 'app.... closed' come up it means something has gone wrong.

Normally with me my call log stops working, or it wont alert me to new messages, just show the envelope in the corner.

normally turning it off and back on fixes it (like restarting your pc)

my advice is take it to the shop maybe?

also having an old sim seems to affect it. TMobile sent me a new one cos my old one was 3 years old and the phone didnt like it at all.
